The Embassy advises students to fill out an application to the school of their choice and send the application to the embassy. The Embassy then makes a decision as to whether or not the student will receive funding. If so, the government assumes full responsibility for tuition and fees. Cambodia is currently looking for funding to provide students with scholarships to study on the undergraduate/graduate level. They have none as of yet.
Cameroon The Cameroon Government does not offer any scholarships and has no programs available for students to study at the undergraduate level. Private scholarships are not available. Students are urged to find scholarship opportunities elsewhere.

Cape Verde Due to the recent changes in government, Cape Verde has no information regarding undergraduate scholarship opportunities.
