Peru

Portugal
The government only has programs that would allow graduate students to study in the U.S. The embassy encourages interested graduate students to visit the web sites provided and undergraduate students to seek out private scholarships as well as scholarships within the individual universities. The Government also suggests students contact the Directors of their own region in Portugal.

Singapore
The Embassy of Singapore requests that interested students visit the web address given. This site is in fact a local newspaper in Singapore that advertises scholarship opportunities for undergraduates. Taiwan
In order for a student to come and study at a U.S. institution on the undergraduate level, a student would need to pass an extensive and difficult examination process. After being chosen, the university is then chosen by the government. The government assumes full responsibility for all fees accrued during these four years of study.
